I wish to place my experience and insights at your service to further our growth, enhance membership value and respond to challenges created by a changing industry.

• Enhance IEEE relevance to industrial partners, by creating educational and professional activities to assist younger members and those transitioning jobs in meeting evolving needs of our dynamic industry.
• Reach out to students to enhance their competitiveness and experience by offering services to sharpen their skills.
• Advocate and actively promote and assist Fellow grade recognition for PES industry members.
• Promote creating a Power and Energy Forum for closer cooperation between PES and sister societies to streamline services to members. Educational products are one example.
• Promote an annual congress of Power and Energy that acts as an umbrella for conferences hosted by IEEE societies engaged in the power business.
• As Regional Director I reached out to our Sections. I will work with PES leadership to reach out to our Chapters to further our mutual goals.
