Roger C. Dugan

I have been an active member in PES for 34 years and have worked with Mo for most of those years as volunteers for various subcommittess and working groups under the PSACE Committee and its predecessor. His contributions are well known and I am pleased to offer my strong support for his candidacy as Division VII Director elect. I am sure that his experience and hard work will serve our members well.
